Cancellation Policy

Call Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re happy to accommodate changes to your consultation when possible. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to offer the time slot to another couple. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled call or if you do not attend the consultation, we may not be able to guarantee another free consultation. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Simply reply to your confirmation email or contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you.
